We are from the Niagara Falls NY area. We were looking to purchase an Ironhorse motorcycle trailer. The nearest dealership for those trailers was Roys RV. Our first contact with Roy’s RV was a salesman named Randy. He was extremely helpful thru all the phone calls we made back and forth trying to make this purchase happen. We set it up to arrive on 4/15/22, Roy’s RV knew we were coming down, and had been waiting for us. From the moment we arrived , until we departed, we were treated like royalty. The trailer was waiting for us for inspection, the helpful serviceman set up our receiver and dialed that in and hooked it up. All the staff was super friendly and very welcoming. They managed to make the entire sale go smooth and quick, about only 2 hours or less, seeing as we were pulling right out to head back home.
I started a friendly conversation about motorcycles with a gentleman there (over an hour of talk time), never got his name, and come to find out he was an owner of Roy’s! Super great people there. Even our dog was welcomed, who by the way made out well with treats, scratches behind the ears and a toy! I would definitely recommend Roy’s if your in the market for an RV or an Ironhorse trailer!!
