Once again, Julie and Ed have demonstrated customer service exceeding all expectations. We were scheduled for tomorrow morning, to address a minor situation. We were running a day ahead of our planned vacation. As we traveled past Chattanooga, coming from Florida, we called to see if there was any way we could be seen earlier. They took care of us immediately upon arriving, and we were back on the road in prompt fashion. Thanks!! Gary & Dee Berglin

I Had Purchased A used ironhorse two bike one trike trailer and needed a few items for it , These people are great , they sent me 4 keys that were missing, a owner's manual, and I purchased a new wheel chock from them , I had a long conversation with Ed about A few small maintenance things to do , mainly the door locking mechanism hadn't been used for quite some time , and it wouldn't lock correctly.. was ready to take the back door all apart trying to fix the lock, Ed give me a some suggestions on how to lube the locking cylinder and it works great now , Thank You Guys For Everything, Todd McMeekin

Absolutely love our Rocket as we call it. It’s smooth, tows great behind our fifth wheel, doesn’t catch wind or fishtail, we can hand move it easily. We have nothing but great things to say about it. Traveled through TN and they worked on some small issues and did a 👏job Renee Pulse

My husband and I waited many years to buy the right trailer. We went thru many of them. V-nosed, box style, big and small and none of them quite worked the way we wanted. We love to travel and riding motorcycle is our passion. Living in WI, we really have to travel if we want to ride more than 5 months a year. So we trailer our bike every chance we get. Having great friends loan us a trailer was a blessing. Having great friends loan us their iron horse trailer was more than a blessing and we knew we found the right trailer for us! So we made a call and ordered ours in February this year. We decided to take a mini vaca out of the pickup and now we’re headed back home with trailer in tow and I couldn’t wait to write this review. Wow. What an experience. I don’t know what I was prepared for coming here but it surely wasn’t this. Talk about some southern hospitality. What a wonderful group of people. From the owners to the employees, they made us feel so good about our purchase and so much more! Genuinely good people and wonderful employees. They’re doing a lot of things right and we’re so blessed to have met them. The quality trailer and service they provide is top notch! Trust me when I tell you that my words are not enough. If you’re on the edge of deciding I hope this review finds you. Do it. You won’t regret it. Penny Knutson

Received my wide body trailer this past week, to the day Julie said it would be delivered. Purchased sight unseen, very pleased with the design and quality. Finished installing etrack, looking forward to our first trip in a week. ‘22 Yukon pulls it with ease! Jeff Schaller

Julie:Jill Schoener Paitsel and I just want to think you and Ironhorse Motorcycle Trailers for our single trailer. Picked trailer up June 8 and headed west June 11 from Virginia. Pulled it with 2018 Toyota Highlander with a towing package on vehicle of 5000 lb. Started our 30-day trip out West to see Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, Bryce National Park and Rocky Mountains National Park and to ride the bike.What a trailer, you don't know its back there except going up hills. The Aerodynamics amazing, trailer never swayed one bit.Texas Pan Handle 30-40 cross winds did not phase the trailer. We had a blast with it. Everywhere we stopped young to old, women and men would come up to us and ask 'what is it'. They were amazed when they found out it was a motorcycle trailer and had our 2012 HD Road Glide Ultra in it. Everyone said we've never seen anything like it and you won't because there is no one else making a motorcycle trailer that even comes close to this. Single bike trailer weighs (765 lb) and is less weight than my Harley.Although it is just a single bike trailer, I had Julie put brakes on it. What a treat traveling all the back two lane State roads and the mountains we went ups and down pulling the trailer. Absolutely terrific braking going down mountains, you don't feel any pushing or swaying of the trailer. And when you’re coming down from 11346-foot mountains you'll be glad you got trailer brakes.The Ironhorse trailer may cost more than other trailers but so did my Harley cost more than other motorcycles.I purchased it all from Ironhorse the tie downs, trailer lock, etc.I could not be any more pleased. Julie does it the right and in a professional package and delivery. Hope you enjoy the pictures of our trip with our new Ironhorse Trailer. Until our next trip next summer to New England States. These folks are the best. They make a great product, and they stand behind it. Julie took great care of us when we had an unexpected problem with our (out of warranty) trailer. My newest addition. Purchased used but new to me. Loads and pulls like a dream. Sometimes I forget it is even behind me. Interior lights are also a great addition for those times you are loading in the dark. So happy with this unit and highly recommend it to others. Brain Ley
